从2010年10月开始,浦东新区适时启动了镇管中小河道养护管理工作,并确定至2012年实现全区河道养护管理的全覆盖。经过一年来的运作,由于大家对养护管理的理解和认识不同,在管理工作中出现了管理不到位、管理不顺和重复管理等情况,本文提出了整合好各镇现在的管理资源,建立适应将来集镇城市发展方向的河道养护管理体系。
