目的研究中国南海多棘软珊瑚的化学成分。方法综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物,并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(3E,7E,11Z)-dola-bella-3,7,12-triene(1)、Cembrene A(2)、(1R,2E,4R,7E,11E)-cembra-2,7,11-triene-4-o1(3)、(1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)-3,4-epoxycembra-7,11,15-triene(4)、epoxynephthenol acetate(5)、pregnan-1,20-dien-3-one(6)、pregnan-1,4,20-trien-3-one(7)、pregnan-4,20-dien-3-one(8)、cholest-4-en-3-one(9)、methyl 3-oxochola-4,22-dien-24-oate(10)。结论化合物1是1个新的天然产物,化合物1,2,9,10都是首次从该属软珊瑚中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of spiny soft corals in the South China Sea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and the structures of compounds were identified by spectroscopic and physicochemical properties. As a result, 10 compounds were isolated and identified as (3E, 7E, 11Z) -dola-bella-3,7,12-triene (1), Cembrene A (2), (1R, 2E, 4R, 7E, ) -cembra-2,7,11-triene-4-o1 (3), (1R, 3S, 4S, 7E, 11E) -3,4-epoxycembra-7,11,15- triene (4), epoxynephthenol acetate (5), pregnan-1,20-dien-3-one (6), pregnan-1,4,20- trien-3-one , Cholest-4-en-3-one (9), methyl 3-oxochola-4,22-dien-24-oate (10). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product. Compounds 1, 2, 9 and 10 are isolated from soft corals for the first time.
