最近关于联想的新闻不少,我们社区的经理人论坛上围绕联想2004年裁员事件也进行了热烈的讨论:网友无名率先发帖,数百名网友纷纷响应,大家感受最深的是职场中人与企业之间的关系,个人在企业中的归属感问题……今天,恐怕是联想历史上规模最大的一次裁员。我们部门9个人,今天送走了三个,还有三个要转岗,剩下三个。整个研究院走了30多人,转岗20多人。这是我经历的第二次所谓战略性调整,有很多感触,却又好像有什么东西堵在心里,说不出来……
