我厂工具车间制造的端齿硬质合金铰刀(见图1),其加工工艺路线中最后几道磨削工艺为:粗磨外圆(φ46.2~(+0.05))、精磨后角、精磨前刃(0.10~0.15)、精磨外圆(φ46_(+0.012)~(+0.02))、精磨后角(6°~8°)。铰刀外圆尺寸为φ46_(+0.012)~(+0.02),公差为0.008mm。精磨外圆后,尺寸公差一般都能达到要求(测量工具为杠杆千分尺),而在精磨后角以后,却出现铰刃外圆尺寸减小的现象。理论上认为,只要存有刃带,外圆尺寸是不会发生变化的。
