The Soviet Union and foreign scholars analyzed the progress of the track record in the world during the Olympic Week of 1948-1984, thoroughly studied the training methods of advanced athletes, the changes and perfection of techniques in various track and field events and the formation of the age rule of sports skills, The conclusion is that if track and field athletes can make full use of their potential, the track record of the world’s athletics is expected to increase significantly by the year 2000. (See Table 1) Today, the potential of human beings is that experts and scholars in the design of the future world, Olympic champion record record creation The main topics to be considered when modeling the person. World-renowned coaches organize training for advanced athletes based on their predicted grades and, based on that, select talented young athletes within the age range of the best athletic performance. As with all other types of creatures, the range of age at which the best athletic performance is achieved is fixed in principle, as evidenced by the age data of the best Olympians of 1960-1980 and 1984 (see Table 2).
