本研究借助sihler’s染色技术观察人表情肌的肌内神经分支分布,为临床开展整形美容术提供解剖学基础。首先通过改良的sihler’s染色技术对2例人的表情肌进行整肌染色,分别经过除色素、脱钙、染色、脱色、中和和透明,使表情肌的肌内神经呈现,借助X线阅片厢观察并摄片。通过观察我们发现,面部表情肌均由面神经支配。颞支分出2-3支,向前分别进入额肌和眼裂以上的眼轮匝肌。神经纤维几呈直角进入眼轮匝
In this study, we observed the distribution of intramuscular nerve branches of human facial muscle with sihler’s staining technique, which provided anatomical basis for clinical plastic surgery.
