油气田开采到后期,往往因为正压射孔引起泥浆堵塞低压油气通道而影响油气的开采。过油管射孔又因子弹穿透力减弱而达不到预定的射孔深度。如果实行无电缆射孔,便可以克服以上的缺点。无电缆射孔是直接用油管将射孔弹送到井内射孔层位进行射孔的一种工艺。它由下井仪和地面监测两部分组成。下井仪包括射孔深度控制和自动点火部分。待射孔起爆后,地面监测部分的检波器便立即记录备案。
