分泌型卷曲相关蛋白4(Sfrp4)是分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(Sfrp)家族中的一员,是新发现的炎症因子和脂肪因子。Sfrp4的表达与肥胖和糖尿病密切相关,它通过作用于Wnt通路减少胰岛β细胞钙通道的表达,使Ca2+内流减少,抑制胰岛素的胞吐作用,最终影响胰岛β细胞的功能。本文对Sfrp4与肥胖及糖尿病的相关性研究成果作一综述,为提高对2型糖尿病的诊治提供新的思路。
Secretory Frizzled Related Protein 4 (Sfrp4) is a member of the secreted Frizzled Related Protein (Sfrp) family and is a newly discovered inflammatory and adipokine. Sfrp4 expression is closely related to obesity and diabetes. It acts on the Wnt pathway to reduce the expression of calcium channels in pancreatic β-cells, reduce the influx of Ca2 +, inhibit the exocytosis of insulin and finally affect the function of pancreatic β-cells. This article summarizes the research results of the correlation between Sfrp4 and obesity and diabetes and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
