Determining the concentration of anti-arrhythmic drug quinidine in human serum is very important for determining the appropriate dose and time interval for administration. There have been many reports on the measurement of blood concentration of quinidine, including fluorescence, spectrometry, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, chemical ionization mass spectrometry, and enzyme immunoassay. This article simplifies the extraction method and establishes a method for the quantitative determination of quinidine post-fluorescence densitometry in human serum by thin layer separation; human serum is analyzed by this method.
