水解蛋白注射液因含有十多种氨基酸,是重要的蛋白质营养剂,故在生产过程中极易被微生物污染,产生热原。国内目前多采用活性炭常规吸附法除去热原,此法不仅活性炭用量大,吸附次数多,而且不彻底。为此我厂在制备工艺上进行改进,兹将初步经验简介如下。一、方法取水解蛋白浓缩液按总氮稀释至2%左右,加入0.5%活性炭,于120℃保温2小时,放置过夜;次日加1.2%活性陶土加温搅拌45分钟,过滤;滤液再加1.5~2%活性炭
