仙人掌肉质茎中的新化学成份(英文)

目的 研究仙人掌的化学成分。方法 应用多种柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化 ,NMR和MS等波谱解析化学结构。结果 从仙人掌肉质茎 80 %乙醇提取物分离得到 3个新化合物 ,14个已知化合物。结论 化合物 2、3、4为新化合物 ,分别命名为 :仙人掌苷I,4 乙氧基 6 羟甲基 α 吡喃酮及山奈酚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 ( 1→ 4 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷。 Objective To study the chemical composition of cactus. Methods Separation and purification were performed by a variety of column chromatography methods. The chemical structures of NMR and MS spectra were analyzed. Results Three new compounds, 14 known compounds, were isolated from 80% ethanol extract of cactus stalks. Conclusion Compounds 2, 3, and 4 are novel compounds named as cactiside I, 4 ethoxy 6 hydroxymethyl α-pyrone and kaempferol 7 O β D glucopyranosyl (1→4) β D pirazole. N-glucoside.
