目的:研究山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞影响。方法:以人胚肺细胞为材料,通过制备D-半乳糖细胞衰老模型,以MTT、SOD、NO为指标,观察D-半乳糖对人胚肺细胞的损伤以及山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位的保护作用,并通过Rt-PCR检测,进一步探讨山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对衰老通路的影响。结果:山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞增殖有一定的影响;对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞抗氧化系统表现出保护作用;对衰老相关通路有一定的调控作用。结论:山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of crude extract of Cornus officinalis and its product methylene chloride on decline of embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose. Methods: Human embryonic lung cells were used as materials to study the effects of D-galactose on human embryonic lung cells and the production of D-galactose senescence, MTT, SOD and NO as indicators. Extraction site protection, and by Rt-PCR test to further explore the dogwood products, products methylene chloride extraction site on the aging pathway. Results: Fructus corni crude and product methylene chloride extract had some effects on the proliferation of human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose, the protective effect of D-galactose on the antioxidant system of human embryonic lung cells, Relevant pathways have a certain regulatory role. Conclusion: The crude extract of Cornus officinalis and the product of dichloromethane extract have certain protective effect on human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose.
