一、硝酸甘油膜的构成及药物释放过程:硝酸甘油膜是由五层薄膜构成的。其最外面的一层为不渗透的背面箔片,用以避免因硝酸甘油蒸发而流失,并可以防水,贴在身上后不影响患者游泳和洗澡。第二层为药物贮库,内含硝酸甘油25毫克。第三层为一种能够控制释放速率的释放膜,其由聚合物胶片组成,内有很多小孔,用以控制药量的释放,这一层最为关键。第四层为皮肤粘着层,其与皮肤紧紧粘着。第五层为一种矽纸片——可剥离衬垫,
