大容量井下数据实时存储是捷联式旋转导向钻井工具的关键技术之一,是获取工具的井下工作状态信息、分析工作井段施工效果以及绘制全井工程参数曲线的唯一手段。论文在分析捷联式旋转导向钻井工具井下数据存储基本要求的基础上,提出并实现了一套基于NAND FLASH的大容量井下数据实时存储系统。以K9F8G08UOM作为FLASH存储介质,以DSP作为控制核心,完成了硬件系统和软件系统的设计实现。经过长时间的测试,验证了在频繁掉电的干扰下数据存储的完整性和可靠性。目前已成熟应用于现场施工中,累计存储时间超过3000小时。从数据回放结果来看,完全满足捷联式旋转导向钻井工具对井下数据存储的要求。
Large-capacity downhole data real-time storage is one of the key technologies of the strapdown rotary steering drilling tool. It is the only way to obtain the working status information of the tool, analyze the construction effect of the working well section and draw the curve of the whole well engineering parameters. Based on the analysis of the basic requirements for downhole data storage of the strapdown rotary drilling tool, a set of large-capacity underground data real-time storage system based on NAND FLASH is proposed and implemented. With K9F8G08UOM as FLASH storage medium and DSP as the control core, the hardware system and software system are designed and realized. After a long period of testing, verify the integrity and reliability of data storage under frequent power-down interference. At present, it has been maturely applied to on-site construction and the accumulated storage time exceeds 3000 hours. From the data playback results, it fully meets the requirements for data storage in the downhole by the strapdown rotary steering drilling tool.
