近两年多来,我因工作关系到各类中学听过200多节语文课,听后作了一些分析。当然,这几年来语文课有了很大的改进,但是真正好的上等语文课并不多见,还占不到15％。上好一堂语文课确实不容易,它涉及到若干因素,我体会到,在诸多因素中,首要的因素在教师的教学基本功,而教师的教学基本功又不是单纯的,也包括若干方面,本人认为以下三点是最主要的,而且对这三点应根据新的改革形势予以新的理解。 In the past two years or so, I have heard more than 200 language lessons in various secondary schools because of my work.
