苯作业工人造血系统的损害早已为人们所关注。为了解苯对女工外周血象的影响,我们于1998年对某鞋厂81名接苯女工进行调查。调查表明,81名接苯女工中,血红蛋白低于正常值的37人,占45.7%,红细胞低于正常值的10人,占12.3%,白细胞在4 000~4 500/mm~3的13人,占16.0%,白细胞低于4 000/mm~3者7人,占8.6%,血小板低于10万/mm~3者3人,占1.7%,其中两项异常者14人,占17.3%,三项异常者1人,全部异常者1人,各占1.2%。并且血象改变情况随工龄延长而逐渐加重。调查结果显示,苯对女工造血系统的损害是严重的。因此,应加强对苯作业女工的劳动保护措施,即以低毒代替高毒化学物质,再加强通风排毒,使车间空气中的苯浓度低于国家标准,有效地保护苯作业女工的身心健康。
Benzene workers have long been the cause of damage to the hematopoietic system. In order to understand the impact of benzene on the peripheral blood of women workers, we conducted a survey of 81 women workers in a shoe factory in 1998. Therefore, labor protection measures should be strengthened for women working with benzene, that is, to replace low-toxic highly toxic chemicals, and then strengthen the ventilation and detoxification, the benzene concentration in the air below the national standard, and effectively protect the physical and mental health of benzene-operated women workers.
