During March 14th - 16th， a combined show including Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics -Spring Edition， 2018 China International Clothing & Accessories Fair （CHIC） （Spring Edition）， Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles - Spring Edition， Yarn Expo Spring and PH Value - Spring Edition was staged in National Exhibition and Convention Center （Shanghai）， covering nearly 400，000m2 exhibition area and gathering over 5，300 exhibitors to create the industry’s biggest spring / summer gathering of the entire supply chain.
As a grand meeting in the industry at the beginning of each spring， displayed in this combined show are achievements obtained by strenuous textile persons from raw materials in the upstream to production and technology， then to fabrics and accessories and until to product display. High-quality and high-performance fiber， high-end intelligent manufacturing， fashionable and popular fabrics， new creative apparel and home textiles， environmental protection concept and new ecological technology… “Science and technology， fashion and green” have permeated into each new product， new technology， new pattern and new trend. Chinese textile industry which has stepped towards high-quality development and blended into high end of global industrial chain has come into being.
Textile enterprises， fashion brands and industrial clusters with the most “head effect” on textile industrial chain will never be absent each year. On this platform， they present their innovative achievements and guide new pattern of industrial development. On this exhibition， the industrial clusters presented an unprecedented scale， from apparel manufacturing clusters to home textile clusters and then to textile clusters with their own advantages. Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics accommodated nearly 3，400 leading textile and accessory suppliers in this industry from 22 countries and regions with nine major exhibition zones； CHIC 2018 integrated 1，210 exhibitors and 1，395 brands from 21 countries and regions； Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles gathered over 200 exhibitors from 11 countries and regions； foreign and domestic upstream raw material exhibitions from 10 countries and regions participated in Yarn Expo Spring with high level and high quality.
“The whole year’s work depends on a good start in spring.” Visiting the five exhibitions is to seek for measures for one-year development.
