采用紫外 -可见光度法和荧光光度法研究了 pH7.0条件下 ,阿霉素与金属离子、生物小分子的相互作用。结果表明 ,Fe2 +、Cu2 +与阿霉素可形成稳定的配合物 ,Mg2 +、Ni2 +、Co2 +与阿霉素有较弱的相互作用 ,在氨基酸存在下 ,Cu -ADM配合物发生解离 ,而Fe -ADM相对较稳定。
The interaction of doxorubicin with metal ions and small biological molecules was studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that Fe2 + and Cu2 + could form a stable complex with doxorubicin, while Mg2 +, Ni2 + and Co2 + had weaker interaction with doxorubicin. Under the presence of amino acids, the Cu-ADM complex solution While Fe-ADM is relatively stable.
