我们利用八倍体小黑麦(2n=56)与普通小麦(Triticum aestivum)杂交,育成小黑小1号等小麦型白粉病抗源,它能抗目前我国白粉病菌主要小种,具有一对显性抗白粉病基因,小黑小1号与感病品种杂交,F_1表现抗病,F_2出现抗病株与感病株之比为3:1,与感病品种回交F_1的抗病株与感病株之比为1:1。小黑小1号同时抗条锈、叶锈和秆锈,是一个较好的白粉病新抗源。
We crossed the triticale (2n = 56) with Triticum aestivum and developed the resistance to wheat powdery mildew such as Xiaoyaoxiao1, which is resistant to the main race of powdery mildew of China. The dominant powdery mildew resistance gene Xiao Xiao Xiao 1 was crossed with the susceptible variety, F_1 showed disease resistance, the ratio of resistant and susceptible strains was 3: 1 in F_2, The ratio of susceptible strains is 1: 1. Small black No. 1 at the same time resistance to rust, leaf rust and stem rust, is a good new source of powdery mildew.
