本文采用连续比色法测定钢中锰和铬,由一名化验员,用一台光电计,在5分钟内,准确的测定锰铬两个结果。经复验531件样品均不超允许差,适用于碳素钢和低合金钢的快速分析。 方法特点:以稀硝银混合液溶解。在约3N酸度用过硫酸铵氧化,用581—G光电计先测定锰,再分取测锰残液,还原锰(Ⅶ),调整酸度到0.2N,以二苯偕肼与铬(Ⅵ)作用,生成紫红色络合物,再用测锰的光电计测定铬含量。
