本文观察了中药“兴血饮”组方对白血病细胞系集落形成的影响。实验结果表明,兴血饮制剂对小鼠白血病细胞系及人白血病细胞系均有明显的抑制作用,各系细胞集落数实验组和对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01～0.001)。文内还对兴血饮组方抗肿瘤的可能机制进行了讨论。
This article observed the effect of the Chinese medicine “Xingxueyin” on the colony formation of leukemia cell lines. The experimental results showed that the Xingxue Decoction had obvious inhibitory effect on the mouse leukemia cell line and human leukemia cell line, and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01-0.001). . The article also discussed the possible mechanism of anti-tumor effect of Xingxue Yin group.
