燃烧法测量沥青混合料是将预热干燥的沥青混合料放入538℃的燃烧炉中,沥青被燃烧,沥青烟气排放到燃烧炉外,根据沥青混合料燃烧前和燃烧后剩余矿物的质量差可以计算出沥青混合料中的沥青含量,燃烧后剩余的矿料可用于级配分析。本研究用仪器为北京兰航测控技术研究所LH-1型燃烧炉。
Burning method for measuring asphalt mixture is to put the preheated and dried asphalt mixture into the combustion furnace at 538 ℃. The asphalt is burned and the bitumen smoke is discharged to the outside of the combustion furnace. According to the mass of the remaining minerals before and after combustion of the asphalt mixture The difference can be calculated asphalt content of bituminous mixture, after burning the remaining mineral can be used for grading analysis. The instrument used for this research is LH-1 type burner of Beijing Lan Air Control Technology Research Institute.
