The formula of effective aperture diameter of immersion detector is given, including the refractive index n_1 of the lens is less than or equal to the refractive index n_2 (n_1≤n_2) of the immersion medium and the refractive index n_1 of the lens is greater than the refractive index n_2 (n_1> n_2) of the immersion medium situation.
