目的研究胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)、微血管密度(MVD)在正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中的表达,探讨两项指标与胃癌生物学行为之间的关系,以便为临床诊治及预后提供参考依据。方法免疫组化SP法检测正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中TP、CD34的表达情况,并测定MVD。结果胃癌组TP阳性表达率及MVD高于正常胃黏膜组差异显著;胃癌TP阳性表达率、MVD与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结有无转移、TNM分期显著相关,与年龄、性别、分化程度无关;胃癌TP表达阳性组MVD高于TP表达阴性组,差异非常显著。结论TP阳性表达及MVD值与胃癌的生长、浸润、转移等生物学行为密切相关,可以作为胃癌生物学行为的预测因子;TP的表达对胃癌组织中的血管生成可能起促进作用。
Objective To study the expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) and microvessel density (MVD) in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues and to explore the relationship between the two indicators and the biological behavior of gastric cancer in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis . Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TP and CD34 in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues and MVD was measured. Results The positive expression rates of TP in MESC and MVD in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa group. The positive rate of MTP in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, but not with age, sex and differentiation ; MVD in TP-positive group was higher than that in TP-negative group, the difference was significant. Conclusions The positive expression of TP and MVD are closely related to the biological behavior of gastric cancer such as growth, invasion and metastasis, which may be used as predictors of biological behavior of gastric cancer. The expression of TP may promote the angiogenesis in gastric cancer.
