现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作,推进工学结合、知行合一的有效途径;是全面实施素质教育,把提高职业技能和培养职业精神高度融合,培养学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力的重要举措。对于培养技术型人才的高职院校来说,更要高度重视现代学徒制的内涵与特点,大胆探索、努力求证,着力于构建现代学徒制的人才培养机制,全面提升技能型人才的能力。
