近年来,很多单位在产品加工中采用了混气(又称充气)电解加工工艺,大大提高了电解加工的成型精度。由于这项新工艺在生产上使用时间不长,不少规律尚有待进一步实践摸索;通过加强交流,可以大大缩短这个认识过程。本期选登的这两篇文章是厂、校合作,进行了一系列试验研究后写出的试验总结,可供同志们在生产实践中参考。同时,希望大家及时地把本单位在生产实践中取得的经验、体会、存在的问题以及不同的看法等等,及时寄给我编辑部,以供选登交流。
In recent years, many units in the product processing using mixed (also known as inflatable) electrolytic processing technology, greatly improving the precision of electrolytic machining. Since this new process has not been used for a long time in production, quite a few laws have yet to be explored in practice. By strengthening exchanges, this process can be greatly shortened. The two essays selected in this issue are the experiments concluded by a series of experimental studies conducted by factories and schools and can be used for reference by comrades in production practice. In the meantime, I hope all of you will promptly send our editorial board to the electioneering exchange for the timely exchange of experience, experience, existing problems and different opinions we have gained in our production practices.
