新的分析技术很少能取代老的。每种技术都有其优点和局限性。因此对于一个不同的实验室通常都需有一些可供选用的最适于某个特定问题的仪器。本文将对火焰原子吸收、石墨炉原子吸收和等离子体发射光谱技术就化学家必须解决某分析问题时通常所考虑的一些特性作出比较。文中将考查一些与解决某些特定问题有关的判据,并对检出限加以比较。
New analytical techniques rarely replace old ones. Each technique has its advantages and limitations. So for a different laboratory usually need to have some of the most suitable for a particular instrument. This article compares flame atomic absorption, graphite furnace atomic absorption, and plasma emission spectroscopy to some of the characteristics commonly considered by chemists in resolving an analytical problem.
