目的 探讨氟硝丁酰胺抑制前列腺增生的作用及其机制。方法 采用丙酸睾丸素诱发大鼠前列腺增生模型 ,观察氟硝丁酰胺对其的抑制作用 ,用放免法测定该品对正常大鼠血浆和前列腺组织中睾酮及双氢睾酮的影响。结果 氟硝丁酰胺能使大鼠的前列腺增生明显缩小 ,血浆和前列腺组织中的睾酮及双氢睾酮含量明显减少。结论 氟硝丁酰胺通过拮抗雄激素作用而抑制前列腺增生。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of flunitidine on benign prostatic hyperplasia and its mechanism. Methods Testosterone propionate-induced rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was used to observe the inhibitory effect of flutamide. The effect of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone in plasma and prostate tissue of normal rats was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Flunarizid can significantly reduce the proliferation of benign prostatic hyperplasia rats, plasma and prostate tissue testosterone and dihydrotestosterone levels were significantly reduced. Conclusion Flunitramine inhibits benign prostatic hyperplasia by antagonizing androgen.
