沥青混凝土路而具有表而平整、无接缝、行车舒适、耐磨、振动小、噪声低、施工期短、养护维修简便、适宜于分期修建等优点,因此获得越来越广泛的应用。在高等级公路的建设中,沥青混凝土路面普遍被采用。随着国民经济快速、协调发展,我国道路交通量日益增大,车辆迅速大型化且严重超载,使公路路面面临严峻的考验。现有高速公路的有效服务时间普遍未能达到其设计使用年限,常常在通车2~3年便出现了较为严重的旱期破损现象。现就沥青混凝土路面的早期破坏原因及其预防措施进行探讨。主要从设计、沥青混合料和施工几个方面考虑,以解决沥青路面早期破坏问题
Asphalt concrete road has the advantages of smooth surface, no seams, comfortable driving, wear-resistant, small vibration, low noise, short construction period, easy maintenance and repair, suitable for construction in installments, etc. Therefore, it is more and more widely used. In the construction of high-grade highways, asphalt concrete pavement is widely used. With the rapid and coordinated development of the national economy, the traffic volume in our country is increasing day by day. The vehicles are rapidly becoming larger and more heavily loaded, which makes the road pavement face a severe test. The effective service hours of the existing expressways generally fail to reach the designed service life, and the more serious dry-season damage often occurs after 2 to 3 years of operation. Now on the asphalt concrete pavement early damage causes and preventive measures are discussed.
