钢丝绳是钻机升降系统主要组成部分之一,因其工作条件复杂和使用保管不善等原因,使其又成为钻探机械中最易损耗材料之一,一般情况下,损耗量与钻探进尺之比约为1∶10,严重时会达到1∶4以上。由于钢丝绳在钻探机场内从钻机到天车,从空中到地面形成很长的机械循环线路,所以一旦断裂,极易对职工安全、机械设备、孔内事故造成威胁,故应十分重视对其进行科学的使用和合理的防护,以避免因其引起的各种事故。樊仲萍同志在84年第二期《探矿工程》中就影响钢丝绳工作寿命的因素作了理论上的论述,本文则侧重于钢丝绳现场应用中的有关问题和安全防护作一些粗浅补充。
Steel wire rope is one of the main components of the rig lifting system. Due to the complex working conditions and poor use and maintenance, the wire rope is one of the most easily lost materials in drilling machinery. Under normal circumstances, the ratio of loss to drilling footage is approximately 1:10, when serious, it will reach 1:4 or more. As the steel wire ropes are drilled from the rig to the overhead crane in the drilling airport, a long mechanical circulation line is formed from the air to the ground. Once broken, it is very easy to pose a threat to the safety of employees, mechanical equipment, and hole accidents. Scientific use and reasonable protection to avoid all kinds of accidents caused by it. Comrade Fan Zhongping made a theoretical discussion on the factors affecting the working life of steel wire ropes in the second phase of the “Exploration Engineering” in the 84th year. This article focuses on the relevant issues and safety protection of wire ropes in field applications.
