根据过程装备与控制工程专业生产实习的目的和要求,建立了“四合一”的生产实习教学模式,即通过炼油厂的工艺实习、机械厂的制造实习、工艺过程控制的仿真实习和化工机器的拆装实习四个教学环节,将过程机械、过程工艺、过程控制三大主干学科有机地结合在一起,改进专业实习的认识效果。已经完成的三次教学实践表明“四合一”生产实习教学模式增强了学生对有关专业知识的感性认识,培养了学生现场的工程实践意识,达到了生产实习的目的,获得了良好的教学效果。
According to the purpose and requirement of production internship of process equipment and control engineering specialty, the production practice teaching mode of “four in one” was established, that is, through the process practice of the refinery, the manufacturing practice of the machinery factory, the simulation practice of the process control and Chemical machinery disassembly internship four teaching sessions, the process machinery, process technology, process control of the three main branches of discipline organically together to improve the understanding of professional internship results. The three teaching practices that have been completed show that the teaching mode of “four in one” production practice enhances students ’perceptual knowledge of relevant professional knowledge, cultivates students’ awareness of engineering practice on site, achieves the purpose of production practice and obtains good teaching effect.
