本文报道了煤粉重量浓度为0—69%,温度为14—120℃3范围内,由大庆重油、水与平顶山煤粉配制成的各种油煤浆及水煤浆的流变特性及其变化规律的研究结果。对运动、能量方程采用数值求解,得到了圆管内沿轴向不同截面上的温度和速度分布,计算了阻力系数及恒壁温加热时对油煤浆的放热系数,计算结果与165组流阻及408组传热实验数据进行了对比。
This paper reports the rheological properties of various coal-oil slurries and coal water slurries prepared from Daqing heavy oil, water and Pingdingshan pulverized coal in the range of 0-69% coal weight and 14-120 ℃ temperature.
