当前城市化迅猛发展,城市可开发用地逐渐减少,城市公园的发展正处于城市生态环境改善优化和城市化建设快速推进的矛盾之中。本文以北京昌平滨水森林公园为例,阐述了地震断裂带区域城市公园在规划布局和工程设计上的特点及注意事项。为利用较为稳定的地震断裂带区域发展城市公园提供了新的思路,减少了公园绿地对其他地块的占用,将地质条件较好的地块用于其他更高价值的土地开发,一定程度上有利于改善城市用地供需矛盾。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the decrease of developable land available for urban development, the development of urban parks is under the contradiction between the improvement of urban ecological environment and the rapid advancement of urbanization. This paper takes Changpingshui Shui Forest Park in Beijing as an example to illustrate the characteristics and precautions of planning and layout of the urban park in earthquake-ruptured area. It provides a new idea for the development of urban parks in the area of more stable earthquake fault zones, reduces the occupation of other land by park green space, and uses the land with better geological conditions for other higher value land development. To some extent, Help to improve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land.
