为了发展庭院经济,建立多层次的立体种植体系,我们以提高葡萄建园初期的经济效益和培育健壮的树体为目标,在本所网室内进行了葡萄与草莓间套作试验。 试验方法 供试葡萄品种为巨峰,选用当年生成苗和二年生幼树,株行距为2×3米,每亩栽植密度为120株,双行篱架栽培。草莓供试品种为宝交早生,套栽于葡萄行间。繁殖苗按每亩400株母本定植,采果苗每亩移栽600株。各处理重复3次,小区面积0.1亩,管理水平一致。生长期间,调查葡萄植株生长势及草莓苗繁殖数量;成熟收获时,测定葡萄单株单穗重量,草莓果隔日采收称重。糖度测定用屈折糖度计。
