目的:采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定盆炎净洗剂有效成分杨梅苷的含量。方法:ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12∶88),流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长352 nm。结果:杨梅苷在2.12~42.4μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.4951X-0.0154,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.06%。结论:该法简便、准确,可用于盆炎净洗剂中杨梅苷的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of myricitrin in the active ingredient of Pan Yanjing Lotion by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (12:88) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL / min on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 352 nm. Results: Myricetin had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.12 ~ 42.4μg / mL. The regression equation was Y = 0.4951X-0.0154, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination of myricitrin in Penyanjian lotion.
