自改革开放以后,国际贸易与国际直接投资已经成为拉动中国经济增长的重要力量,基于国际贸易与国际直接投资日益融合的现实,特别是跨国公司一体化生产模式已经深入渗透到各开放经济当中,我国无论是发展对外贸易还是积极利用外资,都应注意这两种政策的协调性,以保证贸易和投资能实现真正的互动和良性循环,最终为我国经济的增长和持续发展服务。
