目的研究IL-17、IL-10在牙周组织中的含量与慢性牙周炎活动期和静止期促炎/抑炎免疫调节的关系。方法采取中度慢性牙周炎牙周组织标本,利用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测牙周组织中的IL-17、IL-10 mRNA水平,比较活动期组、静止期组和健康对照组的含量变化,分析IL-17、IL-10在不同临床阶段的免疫调节作用。结果活动期组IL-17 mRNA含量显著高于静止期组,且活动期组和静止期组IL-17 mRNA含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。活动期组IL-10 mRNA含量显著低于静止期组(P<0.05),静止期组IL-10 mRNA含量均高于正常对照组,但没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎不同临床阶段牙周组织中IL-17、IL-10水平变化与活动期和静止期的免疫调节失衡有关。
Objective To study the relationship between the content of IL-17 and IL-10 in periodontal tissues and the pro-inflammatory / anti-inflammatory immunoregulation in active and quiescent periods of chronic periodontitis. Methods Periodontal tissue samples of moderate chronic periodontitis were collected. The levels of IL-17 and IL-10 mRNA in periodontal tissues were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The content of IL-17 and IL-10 in periodontal tissue was compared. IL-17, IL-10 in different clinical stages of immune regulation. Results The content of IL-17 mRNA in active phase group was significantly higher than that in quiescent group, and the content of IL-17 mRNA in active phase group and quiescent group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.05). The content of IL-10 mRNA in active phase group was significantly lower than that in quiescent group (P <0.05). The content of IL-10 mRNA in quiescent group was higher than that in normal control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The changes of IL-17 and IL-10 levels in periodontal tissues of chronic periodontitis at different clinical stages are related to imbalance of immunoregulation in active period and quiescent period.
