凝血酶和肝素辅因子Ⅱ是人体凝血及抗凝血系统中的重要组成部分。肝素辅因子Ⅱ在有肝素或硫酸皮肤素催化时,可迅速抑制凝血酶活性。研究肝素辅因子Ⅱ与凝血酶相互作用的分子机制有助于发现或设计出对血栓性疾病治疗有效的凝血酶拮抗剂,对血栓性疾病的预防和治疗提供新手段和带来新希望。
Thrombin and heparin cofactor II are important components of the human coagulation and anticoagulant systems. Heparin cofactor II can rapidly inhibit thrombin activity when catalyzed by heparin or dermatan sulfate. Studying the molecular mechanism of the interaction between heparin cofactor II and thrombin can help to find or design thrombin antagonists that are effective in the treatment of thrombotic diseases and provide new means and new hope for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases.
