经过多年研究和对高职教育本质的探索,上海电子信息职业技术学院机电工程系以培养“高技能人才”为定位,将就业工作与教学改革相结合,使学生符合用人单位对高技能人才的需求。如此便可在从源头上缓解学生的就业压力,实现该系学生的高就业率。同时,这既解决了如今国内紧缺高技能人才的需求,又缓解了目前高职学生就业难的现象,并树立了自己的品牌。
