插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈因其优良的耐老化性、密封性而被用作特殊部件用包装容器的常用密封材料。本研究利用含O型橡胶密封圈的密封装置,采用密封箱内压力监测法和氦质谱检漏法对插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈的高温(70、92、122和152℃)和低温(-50、-55和-60℃)密封性能进行了实验研究,研究结果表明,通过密封结构的合理设计,插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈在-60~152℃的密封性能优良,密封结构表观漏率不大于10-7 Pa·m3/s。
