文魁教授(研究方向:劳动力市场与收入分配),1949年生,经济学硕士。首都经济贸易大学校学术委员会副主任和学位委员会副主任。兼任中国经济规律研究会常务副会长,北京市社会科学办联合会常委、北京经济学总会副会长、北京市人民政府专家顾问团顾问,国家社会科学基金评审委员会经济学科组成员、北京市社会科学规划经济管理组组长等。长期从事经济理论和劳动经济方面的研究,特别是在劳动经济及劳动工资的研究上取得了突出成绩。他的论文提出中国工资运行机制改革的目标模式和改革的突破口,引起国家有关部门的重视。他作为主要骨干参加了国家社科“十五”规划重点课题“工资理论与工资改革”的研究,为最终成果的副主编,该项成果获得国家人文社会科学优秀成果二等奖,北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖。他主持的国家教委青年专项基金项目《中国工资运行机制改革研究》获得同行专家的高度评价,其专著《市场经济的工资运行》获北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
Professor Wen Kui (research direction: labor market and income distribution), born in 1949, Master of Economics. Capital University of Economics and Business Academic Committee deputy director and degree committee vice director. He is also the executive vice president of China Economic Law Research Association, the vice chairman of Beijing Federation of Social Sciences, the vice president of Beijing Economic Association, the adviser consultant of Beijing Municipal People’s Government, the member of Economics Department of the National Social Science Fund Accreditation Committee, Beijing City Social Science Planning Economic Management Group Leader. Has long been engaged in economic theory and labor economy research, especially in the labor economy and labor wages made outstanding achievements. His paper proposed the reform of China’s wage operating mechanism of the target mode and a breakthrough in reform, causing the attention of the relevant state departments. He took the key backbone of the national social science “fifteen” planning key project “wage theory and wage reform” research, as the final result of the associate editor, the achievement of the national humanities and social sciences outstanding achievement prize two, Beijing philosophy First prize of outstanding achievements in social sciences. He presided over the State Education Commission youth special fund project “China’s wage operation mechanism reform study” highly praised by peer experts, and his monograph “run the market economy wage” won the second prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Beijing.
