目的 :探讨新疆维族正常群体颅面软硬组织内部结构的补偿机制 ,并按照 3种骨面型建立新疆维族正常的头影测量评价标准。方法 :在研究新疆维族正常成人颅面特征的基础上 ,采用方差分析及两两比较 ,对所得的 3种骨面型 (平均型、水平趋向型、垂直趋向型 )的 2 1项指标进行统计学处理。结果 :水平趋向型、垂直趋向型在骨骼、牙齿、软组织方面均发生代偿性改变。结论 :正常的建立并不是完全依靠颅面各部分的结构正常 ,而主要依赖于牙、、颅面软硬组织各部分间相互关系的协调和组合平衡。因此 ,在制定矫治计划时应考虑如何调动机体补偿机制 ,选择适当的矫正方法 ,建立牙颅面结构间的组合匹配与协调平衡。
Objective: To explore the compensation mechanism of the internal structure of craniofacial soft and hard tissues of Uygur normal population in Xinjiang, and to establish the evaluation standard of cephalometric measurement of Uygur normal according to three types of bone surface. Methods: Based on the study of craniofacial characteristics of Uygur normal adults in Xinjiang, two 1 items of 3 types of osteotype (average, horizontal trend and vertical trend) were obtained by means of ANOVA and pairwise comparisons. Statistical analysis. Results: The horizontal trend type and vertical trend type had compensatory changes in bone, tooth and soft tissue. Conclusion: The establishment of normal 并 does not depend entirely on the normal structure of each part of the craniofacial, but mainly depends on the coordination and combination of the mutual relations between the various parts of the tooth, and craniofacial soft and hard tissues. Therefore, in the development of treatment plan should consider how to mobilize the body compensation mechanism, select the appropriate correction method, the establishment of the combination of the craniofacial structure of the matching and coordination between the balance.
