班主任是一项复杂的艺术性工作,是一种塑造人的心灵,雕琢人的感情与健全人格的工作。在学校的教育教学工作中,班主任与小朋友们接触最多,需要投入大量的时间、精力和情感,用自己的人格魅力去感染学生、影响学生,用浓浓师生情培养学生健全人格。班主任的言传身教直接关系到每一名学生的健康、幸福成长。我在班主任工作的实践中,不断总结和探索新的工作思路,有以下几点体会。一、热爱学生,建立良好的师生关系
