综合运用多种研究方法 ,对淮北市九年义务教育学校体育教师的现状进行研究。结果表明 :中学与城市小学体育教师的配备基本上达到了有关文件的要求 ,学历完全达标 ,而农村小学离达标要求甚远 ;教师队伍年轻化 ,教师的工作量偏高 ,但待遇偏低 ,有关体育教师工作量计算方法的文件难以落到实处 ;教师培训工作虽已起动 ,但面较窄 ,有 36 %的教师职业思想不稳定 ,教师科研成果较少。
Comprehensive use of a variety of research methods, Huaibei nine-year compulsory education school physical education teachers to study the status quo. The results show that the physical education teachers in middle schools and urban primary schools basically meet the requirements of the relevant documents, the academic qualifications are fully met, while the rural elementary schools are far away from the required standards; the younger teachers, the higher workload of teachers, The paper on the calculation method of physical education teachers’ workload is difficult to implement; the training of teachers has started, but the surface is narrow, 36% of teachers are not stable in their professional ideology, and their teachers have less scientific research achievements.
