对杂交稻汕优63及其亲本的根系生长和吸氮特性进行了研究。结果表明:杂交稻根系生长和吸氮特性较亲本有明显优势,在低氮浓度下尤为突出;根系吸氮量与植株干物质生产优势密切相关;杂交稻对NH4+的吸收速率受父本影响较大;杂交稻虽有明显的吸氮优势,但其呼吸耗氧并未增加,这种现象可能暗示杂交稻的根系呼吸产生的ATP或能量分配方式与其亲本有所差别。
The root growth and N uptake characteristics of hybrid rice Shanyou 63 and its parents were studied. The results showed that root growth and N uptake of hybrid rice had obvious advantages compared with their parents, especially under low N concentration. Nitrogen uptake by root system was closely related to plant dry matter production. Hybrid rice had more influence on NH4 + uptake rate Although hybrid rice had significant nitrogen absorption advantage, its respiratory oxygen consumption did not increase. This phenomenon may imply that the ATP or energy allocation pattern of hybrid rice root respiration is different from that of its parent.
