报道1989～1995年采用Ⅰ期手术切除吻合术治疗50例大肠癌所致的急性低位肠梗阻，其中5例合并肠穿孔，均获痊愈，仅2例切口感染，无吻合口漏及其他并发症。认为只要无休克及肠坏死．术前、术中做好相应的处理，对大肠癌合并急性低位肠梗阻的Ⅰ期切除吻合术是安全的。
Reported 1989-1995 surgical resection and anastomosis of stage I to treat 50 cases of acute low intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer, including 5 cases of intestinal perforation, all recovered, only 2 cases of incision infection, no anastomotic leakage and other complications . As long as there is no shock and intestinal necrosis. Preoperative and intraoperative treatment is appropriate.
