孩子是祖国的花朵是国家的未来,他们身心的健康直接关系到国家发展的命脉。如果把国家比喻成一个人的话,那么孩子就是这人体的血液,血流不畅的话,整个人就会出现问题。然而对于如此重要的血液和命脉问题,却经常遭受到社会、学校、家庭的忽视。本文从目前我国虐待儿童问题的现状及根源,虐待儿童写入我国刑法的必要性及意义进行探讨,系统阐述虐待儿童入刑的法律问题。
Children are the flowers of the motherland is the future of the country, their physical and mental health is directly related to the lifeline of national development. If the country compared to one person, then the child is the body’s blood, poor blood flow, then the whole person there will be problems. However, for such important blood and lifeline problems, they are often neglected by society, schools and families. This article discusses the current situation and causes of the problem of child abuse in our country, the necessity and significance of child abuse in our criminal law, and systematically expounds the legal issues of child abuse.
