一、概况我厂钢筋网片加工联动线采用上海电焊机厂所产PE3×100型点焊机作为主机,并配以调直、切断、弯折成型等装置,用于加工平面钢筋网片和(?)形钢筋网片。由于该机只有六对电极,点焊时一次只可同时施焊6点,因此本联动线只宜于加工宽度较窄和横向焊点不超过六点的网片。目前,我车间主要用此联动线加工(?)形钢筋网片,一次施焊3点。联动线全貌见图1。 (?)形钢筋网片,用于我厂的主要产品预应力短向圆孔板中。板每端各放置一片。其作用有两点:一是使板端的横向加强,二是当板端支承点稍微内移时,可依靠此网的短筋承受负弯矩。(?)形网片的成型分两步:第一步是先用φ4钢筋加工成平面网片,第二步是把平面网片再弯折成(?)形网片。(?)形网
I. Overview Our factory’s steel mesh processing linkage line adopts the PE3×100 type spot welding machine produced by the Shanghai Electric Welding Machine Factory as the main machine and is equipped with devices such as straightening, cutting, bending and forming to process flat steel mesh and (?) Shaped reinforcing mesh. Since the machine has only six pairs of electrodes, only 6 points can be welded at a time during spot welding. Therefore, this linkage line is only suitable for processing meshes with a narrow width and no more than six points in the transverse welding point. At present, my workshop mainly uses this linkage line to process (?) shape steel mesh and weld 3 points at a time. The overall picture of the linkage line is shown in Figure 1. (?)-shaped steel mesh is used in our factory’s main product pre-stressed short-round hole plate. Place one sheet at each end of the board. Its role has two points: First, to strengthen the lateral end of the plate, and second, when the support point of the plate end moves slightly, it can rely on the short ribs of this network to bear the negative bending moment.
