以干细胞为基础的研究为众多疾病的治疗开辟了新的途径。近年来,从羊水中获得的细胞被诱导成了多功能性干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,ips),并且在体外具有很大的应用前景。羊水干细胞(amniotic fluid-derived stem cells,AFScs)具有向3个胚层分化的能力,且避免了胚胎干细胞(embryonicstem cells,EScs)涉及的伦理道德问题,其来源广泛及应用上的安全性等特点使其成为了生命科学领域研究的热点。但目前对AFScs的来源和特性还不是很清楚。现就AFScs的分离培养和生物学特性作了综述,并对其所面临的问题作了进一步分析。

However, the source and characteristics of AFScs are not yet clear. AFScs isolation and culture and biological characteristics are reviewed, and the problems they face for further analysis.
