Konstantin Dmitriyevich Usinski (1823–1870), a famous educator of the nineteenth century in Russia, was called “teacher’s teacher”. In 1844, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow University. In addition to serving five years as a small bureaucrat, he spent the rest of his time basically engaged in education and educational research. Usinsky is an educator with progressive ideas and profound knowledge. Philosophically, he turned from early idealism to materialism. Politically welcome the abolition of the system of serfdom and demanded that “the national education be given to the people themselves without hesitation.” He believes that there is a comprehensive study of people.
